Barbera ~ OUR MOST POPULAR
wine - red medium bodied wine,
fruity berry flavor, low in tannins,
compliments well with just about any
foods.
Cabernet Sauvignon ~ Berry flavor
with hints of blackberry and peppery
taste, higher tannins. Pair with red
pasta sauces, meat, or lamb
White Semi Dry Moscato~ light,
slightly fruity white one, not the
typical dessert styled wine, light crisp
"champagne" taste with a hint of
jasmine floral aromas, pairs well with
seafood dishes or compliment it with
fruits such as peaches, pears, and
nectarines.
Syrah ~ complex aroma, which can
detect spicy, meaty flavored with a
hint of black cherry, plum or
blueberries. You may also detect a
light tar blend with floral notes, that
is rich and fruity with a toasty oak
flavor that is excellent for spicy
dishes and offer an ample amount of
tannins.
